Job Overview: 

As a Crew Lead in fence construction, your primary focus will be overseeing the timely and efficient installation of fencing, ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will lead a team, manage site operations, and ensure smooth coordination across all stages of installation, from layout to final inspection. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Fence Installations: Oversee the timely and precise installation of fencing, ensuring each project meets company and client expectations. 
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of skilled workers to maintain high productivity levels while adhering to safety protocols. 
• Efficient Site Management: Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including managing material deliveries, tool availability, and minimizing delays. 
• Quality Control: Maintain a strong focus on high-quality fence installations, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may cause delays in the project timeline, ensuring minimal disruption. 
• Communication: Regularly communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress, highlight any potential delays, and offer solutions to stay on track.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety standards are maintained at all times to protect the crew and ensure an efficient workflow. 

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. 
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in fence construction or a similar role, with previous leadership experience. 
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in fence installation (wood, vinyl, aluminum, and composite), with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with these projects. 
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and keep the project on schedule while maintaining high-quality work. 
• Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. 
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and the ability to resolve issues efficiently to avoid project delays. 
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry materials up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on the quality of work and timely completion.
